Hello,
Determining framerate can be difficult as it can vary pr end user. However I would recommend launching a canary fleet to a subset of test users using different browsers and extensions /plug-ins. There are both browser extensions and plug ins that can assist with this. I have found the following:
FPS Meter: This is a browser extension for Google Chrome / Safari that displays the current framerate in the corner of the browser window. It can also display additional information such as the average framerate and the number of dropped frames. FPS Monitor: This is a browser extension for Mozilla Firefox FPS Monitor: This is a browser extension for Microsoft Edge
