May I know Now how long it takes for aws customer care to response?

-4

@AWSSupport I've opened a billing issue ticket (Case ID: ***************) on June 3(15 days ago), and it's still unassigned with ZERO response. Is this how AWS treats its customers?

I haven't submit ticket for a long time. I remember it was prompt before. (Not very faster but acceptable)

I have been a ROYAL customer of AWS since around 2011.

Something changed?

*Edit: Removed case ID - Kita B.

AWS Support response times vary based on your support plan level. Here's what you can expect:

Basic Support (included with all AWS accounts): No technical support cases, but you can access billing and account support through the AWS Support Center.

Developer Support: Response times are up to 12-24 hours for general guidance questions during business hours.

Business Support: Response times range from less than 1 hour for production system down issues to less than 24 hours for general guidance.

Enterprise Support: Response times are faster, with critical business-risk issues receiving responses in less than 15 minutes.

For billing-related questions specifically, all customers can access billing support through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. If you haven't received a response on your existing case, I recommend adding a follow-up correspondence through the Support Center to check on the status.

If you're experiencing longer wait times than expected for your support plan, you may want to review your current AWS Support plan to see if upgrading would provide faster response times that better meet your needs. Higher-tier support plans offer priority routing and faster response guarantees for various severity levels.

  • Even user doesn't not pay for support plan. They don't deserver a 15 days no response! They paid for their actual services. Aren't normal users customers?

  • Why would you think that? If you dont want to pay your bill maybe you should not be using the hyper scale cloud providers.

Hi there,

I understand you're still waiting for response to your support case after creating it 15 days ago. I've passed along your concerns internally for added visibility. Wait times vary depending on volume, and your case will be addressed in the order it's received. Continue to monitor our Support Center for an update: http://go.aws/support-center.
