IAM User admin1 Lost Administrative Permissions – Access Denied to IAM and Lightsail

How to resolve this issue or if possible through live chat so please share me live chat link or Email Address of AWS Or Technical setting Help Desk

Dear AWS Support Team, I am requesting assistance regarding an IAM permission issue in my AWS account. Account Information: • AWS Account ID: 732231074744 • IAM User: admin1 • User ARN: arn:aws:iam::732231074744:user/admin1 Issue Summary: After modifying IAM settings by mistake, my IAM user "admin1" lost access to multiple AWS services and IAM console features. The following actions now return Access Denied errors: • iam:GetAccountSummary • iam:GetAccountPasswordPolicy • iam:ListUsers • iam:ListMFADevices • iam:ListAccessKeys • lightsail:GetRegions Error Message: "no identity-based policy allows the action" Before this issue occurred, I had successfully: • Activated my AWS account • Created a Lightsail instance • Installed WordPress • Connected my domain The Lightsail resources appear inaccessible because the IAM user no longer has sufficient permissions. Request:

  1. Help restore administrative access to IAM user "admin1", or
  2. Advise how to recover the required permissions, or
  3. Confirm whether any account-level restrictions are preventing access. I would like to keep the existing IAM username and login credentials if possible. Thank you for your assistance.

Best Regards, Usman Khan AWS Account ID: 732231074744 IAM User: admin1

Hello.

As I answered in your previous question, please perform the operation as the AWS root user.
Restoring the IAM user's permissions requires you to perform the necessary actions.
https://repost.aws/questions/QUiUTF_0rUTXiQIxqe5E_v_w/iam-user-admin1-access-denied-errors-unable-to-access-iam-console-features#ANSYu1LMu0SpuR89QuV3lj9A

Follow the instructions in the following document to sign in as the root user of your AWS account and navigate to the IAM console.
After moving, click "Users" in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then click "admin1" from the list.
Attaching a policy such as "Administrator" to "admin1" will restore the permissions.
