Amazon Sagemaker notebook jobs on scheudle not running

I have set up scheduling for a specific notebook by defining a "job definiton" using sagemaker notebook jobs, but it is not creating anything in "Notebook jobs". Please let me know what the problem is

When the scheduled time comes, the notebook still doesn't run.
