ElasticCache redis node stuck in snapshotting state from 24 hours

0

I have this strange situation. One of my ElastiCache Redis nodes is stuck in a snapshotting state for 24 hours. Now I can not change the instance class or change this cluster. Even I can not delete this. I received the error that one of the nodes is not in an available state.

How do we come out of this situation? any clue?

Hello.

Are you experiencing a memory shortage?

Probably, but since there is a possibility that the problem cannot be resolved from the user's side, I think it would be a good idea to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and contact them.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
