"AWS Certified Database – Specialty" has been deprecated.

"AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional" requires knowledge other than databases, but I think you can learn knowledge of database services on AWS.

which is the equivalent certification to database specialist currently or any other certification related to database
There is currently no equivalent for "AWS Certified Database – Specialty".
As you can see from the AWS service content listed in the outline of each exam, all exams require at least knowledge of database services. Among them, I think the ones that are easier to learn systematically are "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional" and "AWS Certified Data Engineer - Associate".
