Please be patience. AWS has one of the best support service in the world. Login to their support console, and open a ticket, ask for their assistance, they will help you. Just type "support" on the search bar, you will see the support console, click on it. To cancel your subscription, go to your account on top right corner (your ID), click on it, select "Account" - it will take you to the account page, at the bottom of the page "Close Account". Now you decide whether you will close it or continue with the account. The best way to keep yourself cool is to delete the services, such as the VPC, EC2, Load balancer - if you have created them. Please do not delete the default VPC. You may type home in the search bar, and go to console home page, you will see "Cost and usages" and which service is generating the bills. AWS has many regions and availabilit zones around the world. You have to check every regions and availability zones where you may have created resouces/services, delete those. The support team may help you which services is generating the bills and which regions. They are very quick too. Please remember, beginning is always hard and confusing.
if this is regarding Amazon Connect, go into the Connect instance configuration and disable telephony right away. So you can still prove you were using the phone number that you might have claimed. Or you can just release the phone numbers you claimed to stop taking calls so you dont keep getting charge if your number is getting calls.

No need to panic. Reach out to AWS Support and raise a ticket stating all your concerns. Also, Go to Billing Dashboard and Check the cost and usage to find what are all the services costing you. Find all and disable or kill unnecessary services.
