Perform the following actions:
1 Clear your browser cache and log in again
2 Make sure you have the respective permissions in IAM
3 You could try to create the function in another region and see if you have the same problem, otherwise it could be a problem in the region

Hi there.
I recommend to check your CloudTrail to verify if there is information from the function creation action that can lead you to a resolution. Alternatively, open a support case where an engineer can help see what is happening in the backend

Yes I still get the error, how can I reach out to them to maybe there is something wrong with the account ?
