Hello.
As stated in the documentation below, some models, such as Amazon Titan, cannot be disabled once enabled.

You can't remove access from Amazon Titan models, Mistral AI models, or from the Meta Llama 3 Instruct model.

Thanks for pointing that out, I wish I knew this before I enabled them. Now I have no way to remove them from my list of models that I programmatically determine as available.

You can remove access to these models through an identity-based policy that denies access to running inference on a specific model. See the documentation here for more details.
