Hello!
I've been trying to verify my account since the last Thursday. The scenario is always the same: I get an email from aws-verification@amazon.com, there is a link, and they ask to upload two files which will cover:
-- A copy of a recent statement for your VISA ending in 70, including the billing address.
-- Your name, phone number, and the email address registered to your AWS account.
I do it, and after this, I receive the same new message, with the exact text with zero explanations of what is wrong with my files.
What I'm attaching:
- a cash flow of the card from my internet banking with a card number, my billing address, and my registration address;
- a PDF file with my personal information.
I don't get any explanations, so may anyone help me with this problem?
