How do I run an instance using an Nitro enclave?

I need to set up an instance with a secure enclave. All of the VMs I've tried were rejected. I did try 2 vcpu and 4 vcpu, with various flavors of Linux.

Any help would be appreciated.

Agreed, enclaves cannot run on any instance: you must strictly follow requirements to select proper type.
