If you're referring to AWS IAM access keys, they are activated as soon as you create them. The activation of Access keys is not subjected to any condition.

    Yes, I mean the AWS IAM access key and the secret key, but I need to activate and deactivate them via CLI with the condition that it is only active when I have new records in a database in aws timestream, it is possible? Thanks in advance.
