Afectation by summer time change

Hi everyone, I have a question about if i need make a setting or configuration to previse any afectation by summer time change, that as we know, it should not be done anymore Im interesting on RDS, however is good knows if any another service have this problem and need to be configured

Not really sure exactly what you are asking, but it’s a best practice to use the UTC time zone at the database layer. UTC doesn't observe daylight savings (DST), you don’t have to adjust the time later when it shifts.
