HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed - why do i get this???

My websites seem to go down in the morning mainly, why? I get HTTP/1.1 New Session Failed in my back end office and sites are slow or don't work at all????

Hello,

It often happens because your server doesn’t have enough available resources(memory I'm guessing) to create one. So, I would suggest to check your memory usage.
