connecting Lora gateway to aws IoT core

Hi,

I have a Wise 6610 lora gateway and I wanted to connect it to aws IoT, I created the gateway using the following link: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot-wireless/latest/developerguide/lorawan-gateway-connection-status.html and I used this one :https://www.advantech.com/en/support/details/faq?id=1-2BRBVVD for the gateway side set up. but after I uploaded the CUPS trust, cert, and key The aws refused connection, here is the log in my gateway:

Hi. This doesn't appear to be a problem with connecting to AWS. Rather, Basic Station is not able to start the concentrator:

In my experience, this problem is because the pin configuration is wrong, the SPI clock speed is too high or you need to use the Basic Station reset script feature to make it reset your concentrator. I think you may need support from Advantech.
