Hello Deepak,
I've reviewed your case and see that our Support team has since engaged with you.
Continue to monitor your case for any updates.
— Ben G.
I understand your frustration with being unable to access Amazon Bedrock Claude Sonnet 4.6 despite having active Founder credits. Based on the API output you've shared, it appears that while your account is authorized and the model is available in your region, the agreement availability status is showing as NOT_AVAILABLE, which is preventing access.
Since AWS Support has already submitted an internal account eligibility review on your behalf, this is the appropriate path for resolution. These reviews can take time as they involve verification processes specific to your account configuration and the AISPL billing structure. While I understand the lack of a specific timeline is frustrating, the support team is working on your case.
For the most current status on your eligibility review, I recommend adding correspondence to your existing case through the AWS Support Center at https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/. You can request an update on the progress of the internal review there.
In the meantime, your Founder credits remain valid and will be available once the eligibility review is complete and access is granted. The credits won't expire while this administrative process is underway.

Hi Ben, thank you for reviewing my case. The API still shows agreementAvailability: NOT_AVAILABLE. Could you please check if the manual review has been completed on the backend? Thank you!
