when we stream sample frames from Hi3518 processor we are getting an error like "1980-02-18 21:08:51 ERROR createKinesisVideoStreamSync(): operation returned status code: 0x0000000f 1986-07-28 03:03:09 ERROR Failed with status 0x0000000f"
