Gracier Vault Download Problem - cannot obtain ArchiveID

Hello, I am rigorously following the steps from the "Downloading an Archive in Amazon S3 Glacier Using the AWS CLI" page and am having trouble getting from steps 2 to 3. I don't get the expected output (withe the coveted ArciveID) but instead only get: "status": 200, "acceptRanges": "bytes", "contentType": "application/json" What am I missing? Thanks Dan
