Not able to login or create a account in AWS Skill Builder

I recently created the AWS Skill Builder account but due to some reasons, I deleted the account. Now when I try to create a new account using the same mail I am not able to create or login into my account. Can any help me to solve it?

Try to create a AWS Builder ID using your email account and then trying to login using the AWS Builder ID. AWS is trying to move users to use AWS Build ID to access to most of their services.
