Creating a blue/green deployment Parameter group not found

I am doing an upgrade of MySQL from v5 to v8 using blue/green deployment.

Creating a blue/green deployment one of the steps is the selection of Parameters Group, but the issue is I am not getting anything in the selection of groups nor does it let me type in anything and this is a mandatory selection. I have attached the screenshot below. Please help thanks!

Hello.

If I create a new custom parameter group for version 8.0, will it be available for selection?
A parameter group can be created by following the steps in the document below.
