3D Models added to AWS TwinMaker Scene Lost colors

Question

Hi,  
I''m new to AWS TwinMaker, I have one scene and multiple 3D models in glb format.  
On Windows 10's 3D Viewer tool I can see 3D model with its color, but after models uploaded to Resource Library and added to scene, they are totally black, or maybe no color with them.  
Why is that happend and how can I fix this?

Hi, thanks for reaching out, have you tried the following?

* Changing environment preset: In the scene, under settings, set "Environment Preset" to "Neutral"
* Adding a light to the scene: "+" icon in the scene viewer > "Add light"
