Being an Amazon employee, how can I access all aws services. I don't know whether I am IAM user or root user and I don't know whom to contact. for eg , I want to make dashboard in Quicksight but I cannot login. Where can I find my credentials ?? In other Amazon application there is SSO login so we can login and learn+work but here at aws there is no SSO.

Hello.

You can determine whether you are using an IAM user or the root user by checking the username in the top right corner of the management console.
If you are signed in as a root user, you can only check your account ID by clicking on the user name in the upper right corner as shown in the image below.
If you are an IAM user, you can check the IAM user's ARN etc.

Also, the authentication information required when signing in is different for IAM users and root users.
If you are a root user, use your email address to sign in, but if you are an IAM user, use your AWS account ID and IAM username.

If a QuickSight dashboard has already been created, I think you can sign in using the IAM user registered in the dashboard.
