Hello.
"me-south-1" is experiencing a large-scale service disruption due to physical damage in the Middle East region.
Therefore, it is assumed that the system is unstable and access is being affected.
If possible, I recommend using a different region.

The Middle East (Bahrain) region (me-south-1) is accessible in AWS Management Console. However, this region is an opt-in region, which means you need to explicitly enable it in your AWS account before you can access it. If you're seeing that the region is not accessible, you likely need to enable the region first through your account settings. You can do this by going to the AWS Management Console, navigating to your account settings, and enabling the me-south-1 region. Once enabled, it may take a few minutes for the region to become available for use.
