Missing "Claim" Button for Cloud Quest: Recertify Cloud Practitioner

Hi,

Hi AWS Training and Certification Support, I am writing to request assistance with my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner recertification.

I have successfully completed all 13 assignments (12 standard + 1 bonus challenge) in the AWS Cloud Quest: Recertify Cloud Practitioner today, March 31, 2026. My current certification is active and expires on September 15, 2026, which is within the eligible 6-month renewal window. However, the "Claim" button is not appearing in the game interface (at the top-left icon or via pop-up) to submit my results.
