Rotate Panels CloudWatch

Friends, good afternoon!

Is it possible to rotate the panels we create via CloudWatch so that it works as monitoring, changing the panels we create? I didn't want to monitor using third-party software, but I don't see the option.

Not from inside CloudWatch itself. You could use a browser plugin or other option to rotate between CloudWatch dashboards, but there is no built-in feature to rotate dashboards from within CloudWatch.
