I am a new AWS user and mistakenly subscribed to a paid plan, resulting in incorrect charges. This is a Free Tier / accidental billing dispute.

I am on Basic Support, no phone/chat access, and the case has been unassigned for 15 days. Please help escalate to the billing team for review and refund.
