Urgent: SNS spend limit increase

We have urgently request SNS spend limit as the SNS is used for OTP for the user to login the entire system is severely impacted, we already raise a support case to increase the spend limit and receive no feedback for the last 2 days. We have no idea what to do with this poor response time and proven OTP use case for SMS. Can someone in AWS help to address this as soon as possible?
