To provide the required information, use the Support Center to contact AWS Support. If you don't have a support plan, post a new thread in the ACM Discussion Forum.

You can simply raise a support case and provide the ARN of the affected certificate.

    Thanks for your reply, but I don't have a support plan and I am unable to create a technical support case. Does it require a support plan to validate the domain like this?
