Permission denied to transfer file with FTP

I was doing file transfer use FileZilla but the transfer was failed and permission was denied. Is there any way I can get the permission to transfer file?

Hi,

Please make sure the FTP target security group is allowed FTP port (e.g. 20 or 21 port) if the target is ec2 or which has a security group.
