5xx为源站的报错，检查源站防火墙设置https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/sns/latest/dg/channels-sms-senderid-india.html 再参考轮换证书文档。如果用的是第三方证书，推荐AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) 挂到ELB上
