Hello.
Looking at the document below, the syntax of the command seems to be fine.
I believe the optional resource name in the command is the name of your Lightsail instance.
You can stop automatic snapshots from the management console by following the steps in the document below, but have you tried this method?
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-configuring-automatic-snapshots.html#configuring-automatic-snapshots-using-console
aws lightsail disable-add-on --region eu-north-1 --resource-name Lightsail-Instance-Name --add-on-type AutoSnapshot

By any chance, are you trying to stop automatic snapshots of EC2 rather than Lightsail? This command is for stopping automatic snapshots of Lightsail instances; it cannot stop snapshots of EC2 instances or other resources.
For EC2, you need to check your AWS Backup settings and Data Lifecycle Manager settings. Please check these settings and delete any settings that are creating snapshots of the target EC2. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/aws-backup/latest/devguide/deleting-a-backup-plan.html https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ebs/latest/userguide/view-modify-delete.html#delete
