I understand you're experiencing a prolonged delay with your Route 53 nameserver update. While I can provide general information about DNS propagation, I cannot directly access or escalate specific support cases, operation IDs, or account-specific issues.
Typically, when you change nameservers associated with a domain registration, DNS resolvers cache the names of nameservers, and it can take up to 2 days for changes to fully propagate across the internet. However, a 19-day delay is unusual and suggests there may be a specific issue with your domain registration or nameserver update process.
For your situation, I recommend:
-
If you have AWS Support on a Basic plan, consider upgrading to a paid support plan (Developer, Business, or Enterprise) to get direct technical support and faster response times for your case.
-
Try reaching out through the AWS Support Center directly to follow up on your existing case, or create a new support case if possible.
-
Verify that the nameservers you're trying to update to are correctly configured in your Route 53 hosted zone.
-
Check with your domain registrar to ensure there are no holds or locks on the domain that might be preventing the nameserver update.
Since this appears to be an account-specific technical issue that has exceeded normal propagation times, direct engagement with AWS Support is necessary to resolve it.

I have checked everything as you suggested. I created a ticket on support portal but they did not assign it yet because of my support plan is basic. I have also chacked Health Dashboard and there is no any recent issues. I also have checked the nameserver update request and there are no pending actions required. This domain is registered in Route 53 and I created a new host in Host Zones in Route 53. But the previous hosting was a different platform.
