Can Connect/Lex data be analyzed using Power BI?

Hi

Just trying to use Power BI to interrogate some of the data coming out from Connect in the form of text/csv files but am unsure of the process - is there any documentation that someone can kindly point me to or give me an introduction into the key points and considerations? I did not see a pre built connector with Power BI that specifically referred to AWS Connect or Lex or S3 (only Athena etc)..

Any advice would be much appreciated!

There are a good bit of blog posts around getting data out of Connect and then being able to visualize it. None that I've seen specific to PowerBI, but I've done it. https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/contact-center/analyze-amazon-connect-contact-trace-record-with-amazon-athena-and-amazon-quicksight-part-1/ Now, in the next few weeks/months this should become much easier to do and you might want to talk to your AWS team about what is coming that will make this a lot easier.
