My domain registration in progress for 12 days, still pending

Hi, I sent the request to register a new .au domain in route53 12 days ago, but it's still pending and showing 'Domain registration in progress'. I am sure I didn't get the verification email for the domain registration. I had some other .au domains registered within one day. But this one takes very long time. Just wondering what I can do to speed up the process.

Hello !!

Probably you can have the email in your spam since ti should be sent if it has mentioned that it is in pending status.

If it isn't in the spam, You can ask for a resending authorization for your registered domain 1. You have between 3 and 15 days to click the link, depending on the operation and the top-level domain. After that time, the link stops working (Please double-check).

In the Link 2. There are the steps to resend the authorization and confirmation email. Verify that you have the right email registered and also verify if your organization doesn't have a firewall rule that blocks the emails from AWS.

Happend to a customer.

    Thanks for the fast response.

    I followed the steps in your link for:

    To resend the confirmation email for a domain registration

    I've checked the spam, didn't find any related emails, and this email is used for the registrant email to register other domains from route53. They are all successful, we can get emails from AWS.

    The third step is navigate to Registered domains from route53 console. However, I am registering the domain, the request is not completed, it's still pending. So this domain is not in the Registered domains yet. I can see my request in Pending requests, the status of it is Domain registration in progress, timestamp is August 05, 2022 12:24 UTC+10.

Hi, I do have the exact same problem as rePost-User-2086416 . I requested the transfer 4 days ago and it is still pending. I was told to click on an email but never found it , neither in the main mailbox nor in the spams. I went through the steps described here .

If the transfer is still in progress, perform the following steps to resend the authorization email. Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Route 53 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/route53/. In the Notifications table, find the domain that you want to transfer. In the Status column for that domain, choose Resend email.

Unfortunately, in the Staus column there is nothing like "Resend email".
