Downloads Files From Workdocs

Hello everyone, I have an issue with Workdocs. I want to migrate to another storage platform, in workdocs I have 280GB on files, when try to download all the files via Drive app I just see 130Gb always, and I try to download via web portal and is the same, I hope that anyone can help me.
