AWS Glue Jupyter Notebook keps loading

Arbitrarily my AWS Glue notebooks refuse to load. I have tried allowing third-party cookies on Chrome. It just shows a loading icon forever.

In safari, it gives an error right above the loading icon - "Failed to authenticate user due to missing information in request."

Please help
