请问您用floating IP的具体需求是什么？如果是想实现高可用的话，可以参考 https://docs.aws.amazon.com/zh_cn/whitepapers/latest/real-time-communication-on-aws/floating-ip-pattern-for-ha-between-activestandby-stateful-servers.html 如果只是想要一个静态IP，那就可以用NLB+EIP的形式。  Azure LB和AWS ELB实现机制不同，请再次明确具体的需求。
