Hello.
For RDS for MySQL, audit logging is enabled by creating a custom option group and turning on "SERVER_AUDIT_LOGGING" in "MARIADB_AUDIT_PLUGIN".

There is no option to attach a custom group to an RDS cluster (I can only attach a custom group to an RDS instance and not to a cluster):
