共享AMI是否产生传输费？

中国区，我有一个AMI在自己的账户中，其他账户在使用这个image的时候，在创建EC2时，会产生传输费用吗？

具体传输费用参见https://aws.amazon.com/cn/ec2/pricing/on-demand/。跨region无法使用AMI的，只能复制到对应region中之后才能使用。同region的AMI的使用本身不收取费用（只要AMI不收费），创建出来的机器收费。
