Public IPv4 DNS not visible (shows as blank in summary) and unable launch instance from the amazon linux console

I created an instance but its Public IPv4 DNS is not visible (shows as blank in summary) and I am unable to ssh to the instance or even launch it from the server (amazon linux console).
