Free Tier for RDS in Stockholm

Question

I've found there is no free tier for RDS (MariaDB is used, but it is most likely the same for other types) in Stockholm (eu-north-1) as there is no db.t2.micro. Is there any substitution ?

Thank you for the answers and I certainly cannot match the requirements for RDS free tier as I cannot use db.t2.micro (no such type in the mentioned region -> eu-north-1).
The real question is whether I can use any other type of db EC2 instance to achieve it. It doesn't seem to work with db.t3.micro.

Please check if everything from the list is correct
* first 12 months are free
* 750 hours per month of db.t2.micro database usage (applicable database engines)
* 20 GB of general purpose (SSD) database storage
* 20 GB of storage for database backups and database snapshots
