Unable to renew Cisco Router Contract from Marketplace

One of the customer is getting "We were unable to process your request" error while renewing a Cisco Cloud Services Router contract on AWS Marketplace. Please see the image below. Really appreciate any help to understand the cause of the error.

It looks like this product is End of sale and this version is removed from marketplace and is no longer available to the customers. This could be the reason for the error. https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-b75wijpubtr3k
