If you are RDP to Lightsail from a browser, you can copy and paste using the steps in the document below.
If this step does not work, please share in detail what kind of operation you are trying to do.

Not working. Can’t paste my admin password to access windows server.
@Riku_Kobayashi sometimes when I log in I dont need to enter the password and sometimes yes. AWS Lightsail is like trouble sometimes.

The page https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-connecting-to-windows-instance-using-rdc.html provides information on how to enter password onto a windows instance. Did you face issues after following the steps mentioned here?

I think you want to paste the password when you log on to the OS, but in Windows you shouldn't be able to paste it unless you're logged on. Although the answers below are related to vCenter, I believe they apply even to Lightsail. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1340521/enabling-copy-paste-at-windows-logon-in-vcenter
I think you are probably saying that you want to paste on the screen below, but I don't think you can do that with Windows functions.
Unfortunately, as far as I know, I don't think there is a function to paste on this screen.
