Hello,
It looks like your DNS is working fine on Route 53. It appears the issue is where your site is hosted (EC2, Lightsail, etc.). You need to verify that your instance is online and is using the same IP that you have set in your Route 53 DNS. You should then validate that the web server (httpd/nginx) is online as well.
