Issue with AWS CloudWatch Agent

We hosted .NET application on many Windows 2019 servers. Why does CW agent use a lot of CPU utilization? I tried upgrading it and also changed the metrics_collection_interval to 60 or 120. It still shows at least 75% CPU utilization.

Please follow the other troubleshooting steps here: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/cloudwatch-agent-high-cpu. You may need to remove older log files by implementing log rotation or configure auto_removal to remove older log files.
