Pearson VUE lost my reschedule and has now marked me as a no show for the original date.

I was scheduled to take the AWS Cloud Practitioner exam on August 12. Within the 48 hour of this date,I attempted to reschedule the exam. The reschedule was then completed and I never received a confirmation email. I am now marked as a no show for that original date. When reaching out to their customer service, I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I would have to reach out to Amazon to find a solution. Is there anything I could do about this?

Hi, I faced the same issue today. My exam was originally scheduled for 20th August, however, due to health issues, I rescheduled it to 21 August, but when I tried logging in on the exam day, it said No Show!!?? And I clearly remember it saying that the reschedule is done on the portal. Did you find any solution?

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.
