Server Down, Unable to access Server

Hi,

I am having trouble while logging in root account , while accessing WHM , it open up with below screenshot

I have no clue how to fix , and all the websites are down under this server.

Verify that inbound TCP port 2087 is open in the security group associated with the EC2 instance.

Also, in AWS console verify the status of the EC2 instance is good, with 2 of 2 checks passed.
