Amazon Connect Chat - Live Translate

Hi,

I would like to know, if we can achieve live translation during the Amazon Connect - Chat channel. Ex: If the visitor chat using German language, it should be translated into English for the agents to read. Then the agent response from English to German.

Hello,

Yes, it's possible to achieve live translation from German to English and vice versa during the Amazon Connect - Chat channel using Amazon translate service.
