Hello.
If the IAM user registered with Amazon Quick is the same user you use to sign in to your AWS account, you can find the username by signing in to the AWS Management Console and checking the top right corner of the screen.
If you click "Continue" on that screen, you should receive a password change email at the email address associated with your account.
By the way, the following document explains how to check which type of user you are using.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/quick/latest/userguide/signing-in.html
If you're not sure which type of account you have: if you signed up at quick.aws.com and use an email/password to sign in, you have a Free or Plus account. If you sign in through the AWS Management Console or your organization's single sign-on portal, you have an AWS Console account.
