Why has my InvokeModels tokens per minute dropped to 0?

Why has my InvokeModels tokens per minute dropped to 0 on all models except a couple AI21 models? I haven't changed the models I have enabled, I still have all eligible models enabled on my account, but I cannot make any bedrock calls anymore.
Same thing is happening to my account. I think there is some issue with Bedrock.
